Visit in English of the estate, discovery of the winemaking process and wine tasting
Visit in English. Discover one of the oldest wineries in south Ardèche and experience a winery that spans over 170 years of winemaking. From the vines in the fields around the cellar to exploring an old wine tank, we will explain the harvest, the pressing of the grapes, the fermentation and the many steps required to make wine. During the visit, you will see and compare the past and the present methods of winemaking because we kept and preserved a lot of the ancient tools used when the estate was founded. At the end of the tour, we will finish the experience with a tasting of our wines. The visit is free for kids (under 18).They can join the tour or there is a table with coloring books to keep the youngest occupied and their parents relaxed. Dogs are allowed with a leash.
