At each stage, some clues allow us to identify the grape variety, the terroir, the winemaking and the maturation methods.After several olfactory and taste experiences, you put into practice that you learnt tasting 4 organic wines (villages and 1er crus): to use your senses, to talk about what you feel when you taste, to choose the appropriate vocabulary, to know how to transmit that you understand of the wine.This Burgundian sensory experience will go on with Gougères served with a glass of wine.
