What is better than a tour in a winery in operation? Come to visit the estate during the grape picking! Tour of the vineyard, the winery and tasting of 3 organic wines (Village et 1er Cru). The date of grape picking can change. If the harvest has not started or is already done when you come to visit, we will give you the Tour-Tasting Rully and Mercurey, the secrets of our terroirs.
Au programme
After an introduction to the wines of Burgundy and the Côte Chalonnaise, we go to a plot to understand the organic farming challenges.Then, we will go to the winery, a real anthill during the harvest! The all team is mobilized. You will be able to see the different stages from the arrival of the grapes until the vat. Our wines won’t have any secrets for you !We will end the tour in the tasting-cellar with a tasting of 3 organic wines (villages and 1er crus).
