You will leave with the keys to understand the five emblematic Côtes of Burgundy. You will have the explanation of the pyramid of the DOP/AOP and the specific terroirs of the Côte Chalonnaise. And to finish, we will share with you our passion for the "climats" of Rully and Mercurey. You will live this Burgundian immersion all the way visiting a plot to understand our work in the vineyard in the organic way.
